CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL

Mayor Bryant called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Roll Call found the following members present: Mendoza, Meyer, Pierson, Oerlemans, and Mayor Bryant.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Mayor Bryant led the Pledge of Allegiance.

BUSINESS ITEMS

2024/25 – 2028/29 Capital Improvement Program Workshop.

Accounting Manager Sonia Agostini, Engineering Manager Vatsle Patel, and Park Maintenance Manager Aaron Wanden presented the item.

Mayor Bryant opened the public comment period.

Nick J. Canata provided comments related to the condition of the sound wall along Balfour and Fairview.

Paul Erchul spoke as a resident from Summerset I and inquired what can be done regarding the sound wall along Balfour and Fairview. 

There being no one else wishing to speak, Mayor Bryant closed the public comment period.

  The City Council, by motion, directed staff to include the Fleet Electrification project in the final draft of the CIP to be brought forward for Council’s consideration of adoption on May 28, 2024.
